you have an event you would like listed here, The 3rd Real Florida Spring Fling Thomasville, GA April 20-22, 2007 Ride the unspoiled country roads of southwest Georgia and the Florida Panhandle before they get all built up like south Florida’s roads. Do a tri-state tour of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Take a tour down to the Gulf Coast. The site for this year’s Spring Fling is about 30 miles north east of Tallahassee. It is a smaller town, meaning less traffic to contend with on your way to and from the back roads. It is close enough to Tallahassee that you can still do the canopy roads around there as well. Once you are out of town nearly all the roads are lightly traveled county roads, a very nice change from the congested roads of south and east Florida. 25th Annual Laughlin River Run Tri-Star May 25-28, 2007. The HSTA rally "Tri-Star" is located in Sparta, NC at the crossroads of US 21 and NC 18 in northwest North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, nestled between the New River and the Blue Ridge Parkway, offering scenic vistas, unspoiled landscape and friendly folk.
Named Tri-Star because you're only a few miles from the States of Virginia and Tennessee. So come and enjoy the scenic beauty and miles and miles of great twisty mountain roads. See registration form for event fees and pre-registration discount. Join us for a Friday evening cookout and Saturday evening BBQ dinner. Lots of things to do in the area for those not interested in riding. A great way to spend your Memorial Day Weekend. Fayettville, AR October 3-6, 2007 The fastest growing motorcycle rally in the country rocked Fayetteville, Arkansas September 27-30, 2006. This year, Bikes, Blues & BBQ is estimated to have risen in rank to the third largest rally in the nation, behind only Sturgis and Daytona. "In my 40 years plus in attending rallies all over the country, I would estimate this year's attendance close to the 400,000 mark," said Dyna Mike, a writer for Biker and Outlaw Biker Magazine, both national motorcycle magazines. Mike went on to comment, "It was impressive and much improved." Bikers and non-bikers alike enjoyed the events, music and food while taking in the eclectic scenery of 400,000 people and 75,000 motorcycles! Presented by Jim Beam, ANB and Cycle Connections – Bikes, Blues & BBQ's attendance increased by 100,000 people in 2006. One of the reasons that Bikes, Blues, and BBQ has been such a success is its location. The beautiful Ozark Mountain setting of Fayetteville, the cultural capitol of the region and home of the University of Arkansas, is host to the annual event. From Dickson Street nightlife to Farmer's Market on the square, Fayetteville is big on personality with much to experience, yet has the intimate feel of a small town. There is something for everyone. Fayetteville is the perfect place to relax or re-energize. It is easy to see why Fayetteville has been claimed by Money Magazine as one of the "Best Places to Live in America."
